Yes. We set up a demo instance where you can try everything at your own pace, no credit card needed. We'll figure out what makes the most sense for you in the intro call.
We offer 1-, 2- and 3-year terms. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price: 2 years get you 10% off, 3 years even 20%. That way you find the right balance between flexibility and savings.
An accreditation is a registered person in your system, for example an artist, volunteer, service provider or guest. Every plan includes a quota. Need more? From Essential up, you can add upgrades at any time (from €35/month for 200 extra accreditations).
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Billing is adjusted pro rata. A downgrade is possible at the end of your current plan term.
festiware charges a commission on the net ticket turnover: 1.8%, at least €0.60 per paid ticket. With ticketing support we answer the ticket questions of all paying participants, and it is 2.5%, at least €2.00. On the Light plan it is 3%. Free tickets cost nothing. On top of that comes Mollie's transaction fee, which depends on the payment method. We bill the commission monthly in arrears; there is no base fee for the ticket shop.
Yes! Nonprofit organizers get special terms on Essential and Professional. Contact us and apply for our nonprofit and charity plans.
The Corporate plan is ideal for agencies and companies with many parallel projects. Instead of a fixed plan, you pay a base fee plus an amount per active project. From 3 projects on, you get volume discounts. Contact us for a tailored offer.
We accept credit card, SEPA direct debit and Wise transfers. For Enterprise and corporate customers we offer individual payment arrangements.
